After 9 years of working with cheese and 28 years of living in California, this is a chronicle of what comes next.  Whatever that will be is still a surprise to you and me both, dear reader, and I can only hope that my experiences will be:

  1. entirely wonderful and inspiring
  2. either not traumatic, or traumatic yet hilarious enough to laugh awkwardly about it later as I recount the trauma to you here, tears still sticky on my face
  3. and
  4. full of delicious cheese foods
